I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of the city center and just a stone's throw away from major attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are cozy and nicely equipped with a small balcony to enjoy some fresh air, though the view to the patio was a bit underwhelming. The service was top-notch, with staff always available to assist, including fixing a significant reservation error promptly. However, the dining options were limited to organic jams, which left something to be desired. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location is fantastic right in the heart of Madrid, close to the beautiful main square and conveniently near the Cibeles fountain where I caught the cheap airport bus. The rooms were cozy with a lovely terrace, and having AC was a real bonus. The service was top-notch as the staff immediately corrected a reservation error, making sure I had a smooth stay. However, the lack of dining options beyond toasted bread was a downside. Overall, a great value for the price.
